This is the Leadership coaching programme for you if you’re a:

Successful Senior Leader
within a large, multinational organisation
MD or Established Founder
of a successful, expanding SME
Passionate L&D or HR Director
within a large multinational organisation

Which One Sounds like you?…

Senior Leader:

Can’t break through to the next level?

Do you want to be more visionary and strategic, but just can’t carve out the time or space to make it happen right now?

Are you always ‘on’, never able to fully switch off, relax, be fully present with your family, or even enjoy the fruits of your labour?

Do you want to be a more effective leader at inspiring and motivating your team and have more effective stakeholder and client relationships?

Do you want to be known for making a difference in your organisation, and in your industry?

MD or Established Founder:

Can’t step back, step up?

Are you spending too much time in the day-today operations of your business and it’s stopping you from reaching the next phase?

Do you wish your team would step up and take more responsibility but you just can’t stop stepping in and doing it for them?

Do you need to better manage key relationships, including those with senior management, board members, stakeholders, and clients – so you can continue doing the work you love?

Could you do with extra passion and purpose so you can move onto your next big idea and contribute more to the world?

L&D or HR Director

Can’t up level your star leaders?

Do you want to invest in high-potential leaders, so they can inspire others and positively impact the bottom line in your organisation?

Would you like to support leaders who perform well but who need to address key performance challenges?

Could you do with some expert guidance on transitioning technically excellent leaders into key senior leadership roles?

Do you need your key leaders to be more strategic, more emotionally intelligent, and less stressed?

THE 5 Key Principles of being a Strategic Leader?

From working with senior leaders, established founders and MD’s for over sixteen years, these are the key principles I have seen that will shift you from being stuck IN the day to day operations of business, to focusing ON long term vision and strategy.

Making a Difference

As a Strategic Leader, you’ll epitomise self-awareness and self ownership.

You intimately understand your strengths, weaknesses, and tackle blind spots head-on.

With a deep knowledge of what drives your behaviours, you effectively manage any hindrances.

You’re curious and self-reflecting, taking full ownership of your actions instead of blaming others and outside forces.

You give off certainty, and clarity, self-assuredness and gravitas to everyone around you.

As a Strategic Leader, you understand that prioritising your mental and physical health is paramount to achieving your big goals and performing at your peak

Starting your day intentionally, you dedicate time to self-reflection and plan out your top priorities.

You exercise to flood your body with key ‘Success Hormones’, ensuring peak performance.

Taking regular time out to rest, play, and connect with loved ones reinforces your well-being, and further supports you in your role.

By Insuring your mind and body, you acknowledge their crucial role in your success and commit to maintaining your peak performance.

As a Strategic Leader, you operate with intention and strategy every single day. You prioritise reflection and strategically navigate every meeting, interaction, and project, always mindful of its purpose.

You actively apply insights, turning learnings into action.

With purposeful consciousness, you prioritise your leadership and development, guided by a clear plan and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

Your implementation strategy aligns with your insights, driving results for yourself, your team, clients, and the business.

As a Strategic Leader, you recognise that people are your greatest asset and prioritise them at the heart of everything you do.

You adeptly communicate your vision, skillfully navigating difficult conversations and demonstrating empathy, great listening skills, and adeptness in both giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Rallying others to join you in achieving your vision, you invest in enrolling people in your goals and objectives, inspiring and motivating them to contribute their best efforts.

Your influence extends beyond just motivating; you guide and direct your team, clients, and other stakeholders toward shared success.

As a Strategic Leader your actions carry weight. You, your team, and the business collectively make a tangible difference. You align your efforts with the vision and mission of the business, embodying your principles in every action.

When working with clients, you operate from a place of deep insight, implementing effective strategies and influencing positive outcomes. Your integration into their business fabric creates lasting change and value.

You spend more time shaping the future and developing innovative opportunities to fulfill the business vision, further solidifying your impactful presence in the industry.

THE PROBLEMS I SEE WHEN LEADERS ARE NOT EMBODYING THESE KEY PRINCIPLES:

Insight

Low Self-Awareness

INSURE

Deprioritised Mental and Physical Well-Being

IMPLEMENT

Poor Self-Management

INFLUENCE

Fractured Relationships + Weak Communication

IMPACT

Lack of Purpose + Direction

When Insight is lacking, leaders falter and ultimately never fulfil their potential.

Without an understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots, they inadvertently create negative impacts.

This not only affects themselves, but also their teams, clients, and the business bottom-line.

An subsequent absence of self-assuredness results in a lack of trust and psychological safety, leading to an unhappy and demotivated team.

It also has wider impacts on all stakeholder and client relationships, therefore having far-reaching effects on the business as a whole.

When Insure is neglected, leaders experience exhaustion and head towards burnout.

They lack time for reflection, leading to foggy thinking and short-temperedness.

High stress levels and poor sleep quality affect their ability to be present with their families.

Instead of prioritising their health, they resort to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as excessive drinking or binge-watching TV.

This neglect of mental and physical well-being prevents their ability to lead strategically and perform at their best.

When Implementation is lacking, leaders fall short across the board.

Without intentional leadership and strategic thinking, meetings, interactions, and projects lack direction and purpose.

Actions are haphazard, and learnings go unapplied, leading to missed opportunities and stagnation.

Without clear objectives and a plan, leadership and development become adrift, and results suffer across all fronts – self, team, clients and the business.

When Influence is lacking, leaders resort to micromanagement, getting bogged down in day-to-day operations.

This creates a lack of trust, stifles people development, and leaves team members feeling disempowered and demotivated.

Avoidance of difficult conversations and an inability to skillfully handle feedback leads to high conflict levels and further erodes trust within the team.

Perfectionism reigns, leading to high stress levels and poor work-life balance. These negative effects ripple throughout the team, clients, and the business as a whole.

When Impact is absent, leaders operate in obscurity, risking long-term consequences in a highly competitive leadership landscape.

With no time and space to focus on long term opportunities and strategy, they experience high stress levels, and their actions lack direction and purpose, resulting in missed opportunities and minimal contribution.

This absence of impact not only affects the individual leader, but also the team, clients, and the broader business landscape, ultimately hindering long term career growth and advancement in the competitive leadership landscape.

Sue is incredible and has had a dramatic impact on my life – professionally and personally! She helped me to clearly articulate and write down long term goals and achievable ways of meeting them. She taught me exercises to deal with anxiety or
doubt and tools which enabled me to better coach a team and grow them as leaders. She helped me feel more in control of my day (aka life) and celebrate successes. I’ve worked with her for a few years now, and she consistently helps me look at things differently.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with a few coaches over the years, and Sue is simply at the forefront of her field. Sue and I have worked together for 6 months and in that time she’s used her insight, skill, understanding and empathy to help me understand how to use my voice and to better appreciate and articulate myself as a leader. Sue’s coaching methodology supports one in finding their personal path to leadership. Having one’s own style and authentic way of being is critical to sustainable leadership
and I understand that now after my time with Sue. I feel that not only am I a better leader now, 6 months later, but I know how to continue to grow into the leader I want to be because of the foundational work Sue and I have done.

Working with Sue is powerful, demanding, fast, and enjoyable. She is an outstandingcoach, she really listens very carefully and understands immediately what you need to do, then she gets straight to the point with practical tools and solutions.
When I started working with Sue I had recently been appointed member of the board, with a new team of direct reports, and difficult challenges in terms of business. The coaching was particularly efficient at dealing with these challenges, and lead to
significant improvements in my leadership. Sue is really adaptive. She is easy to work with and at the same time stretched and
challenged me to my limits. The coaching felt very “safe” and was extremely rich in terms of approaches, methodologies and concepts. It is a real gift if you are committed to developing and improving your leadership skills and behaviours.
